Overpass Rally: Vote NO on Amendments 4 & 5

Join us for a peaceful rally to help Missouri voters learn what’s on the August 4 ballot and why voting NO on Amendments 4 and 5 matters.
Amendments 4 and 5 would change voting rights, citizen initiatives, taxes, and funding for public services in Missouri.
Amendment 4: If passed, it would make it harder for citizens to get issues on the ballot or pass changes to the state constitution. It weakens the right to petition the government.
Amendment 5: If passed, this would get rid of Missouri’s state income tax and let lawmakers raise sales taxes. About 8 out of 10 Missourians would pay more in taxes overall. This could mean less funding for schools and services and shift the tax burden to working families.
We will stand together with clear signs and banners to help voters get informed, spread the word, and vote NO on Amendments 4 and 5.
This is a peaceful, nonviolent visibility action. Bring water, sun protection, and bold signs that are easy to read from the road!
